The Cooperative Executive Management Team (CEMT) was established in the State of Georgia in 2019 for the sole purpose of educating black farmers on land utilization, farm management, benefits of the Cannabis and Hemp Space, and policy work behind equality and access for black farmers in the agriculture industry. We have not wavered from this and have expanded our efforts to Africa in 2019. Now we have a global supply chain of black excellence and have partnered with the AIE Project in Africa to bring resources and knowledge to black farmers globally. We have also developed several certification programs through our partnership with The African Diaspora Collective (TADC), Partner with Africa (PWA), Supply Chain Academy, and the private sector.
